    The City council met on March 10, 2022, at 7:00 PM. There was no public comment nor a sheriff's report. The Pivot agreement was signed again this year with 406 Agriculture for next year's contract between Chauvet and the city for the lagoon area.     Alexander Michael Glasoe, 85, passed away Friday, March 4, 2022 at St. Peter's Health from dementia/Alzheimer's disease. Alex was born January 27, 1937 in Crosby, North Dakota to Raymond Glasoe and Ellen Logelin Glasoe. He was the second of seven children and spent most of his early years in North Dakota.     Clyde Calvin Wall passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 in Great Falls, Montana with his son, Dan at his side. Clyde was born in Havre, Montana on January 26, 1941. He spent much of his childhood and early adulthood in Big Sandy. He was raised on a farm by Kenneth and Esther Robertson and later had a barber shop in Big Sandy before moving to Great Falls where he continued to work as a barber for over 50 years.     This morning we found a dead cat across the street. I doubt it belongs to anyone. It spurred me to write this letter to the people of Big Sandy. Cats begin their breeding time roughly from March to the fall. Each cat is capable of having four to eight kittens per litter. A cat can begin having kittens between 4 and 12 months old. Some cats produce five litters per year. I’ll save you the math--that means a possible 40 kittens for each stray cat.
