    Big Sandy will be having a town party at the T-Ball fields next to the grade school on July 4th starting at 6:00 or 7:00?? The concession stand will be serving hamburgers and brauts for $5.00.     Erica Chauvet, is the only veterinary we have in Big Sandy. Says she's just "a girl that likes people, helping animals, and loves her family and God.     Polson - Winfred (Jerry) P. Halter Jr. (Dad, Grandpa & Ol'Papa) Jerry was born June 9, 1923 to Winfred and Lillian Joyce Halter in Havre, Montana at Sacred Heart Hospital. He passed peacefully at home outside of Polson on Sunday, June 3, 2018 just six days shy of his 95th birthday. He graduated from Havre High School in 1942.     The Big Sandy Swim Team brought home another trophy this weekend. The Barracudas placed third at the Cut Bank swim meet, despite being short several swimmers. They finished 41 points behind the first place Conrad Swim Team. Several Barracudas placed in the high point categories: Astrid Ketchum placed 10th and Henry Merrill placed 7th in the 8-under division.
