    HELENA – Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is taking a new approach to the fishing regulations review and development process. The new process will be simpler and allow the department to be more responsive to public input and resource needs.     Mayor Shaud Schwarzbach informed the Mountaineer that the mainstreet construction would start on May 9th. It will begin at the Bakery and go down that side of the street to the Catholic Church before it returns down the other side of the street.     It's that time again. The Big Sandy Barracudas held a fundraiser during Rotary's Easter Bunny Egg Hunt (which was held indoors due to the weather). The Barracudas served 134 people at their event. The Big Sandy Barracudas raise money for the team through fundraising, donations, and registration fee for the swimmers.
