It didn't take long for the Pioneers to build a lead against Box Elder on Friday night. The Big Sandy football team put up 40 points in the first quarter. Braydon Cline threw for five scores and ran for another. Lane Demontiney hauled in three touchdown passes during the rout of the Box Elder Bears as well as a punt return. The Big Sandy Pioneers spoiled another homecoming this week by defeating the Northstar Knights in Rudyard on Saturday. Kody Strutz scored four touchdowns in the effort, while Braydon Cline threw for three touchdowns and scored on a 42 yard run of his own.
