Tuesday, January 5 Birthday Dinner which is roast beef and all the trimmings.
Donna said that this 7 UP salad is very good
You will need
1 bottle of 7 UP
2 ¾ cups of marshmallows
1 package (3oz) lime Jello
2 3oz packages of cream cheese softened
1 pound 4 oz can of crushed pineapple undrained
¾ cup chopped nuts
1 cup whipped cream or 2 cups Cool Whip
¾ cup Best Foods mayo
Combine 7 UP and marshmallows. Cook over low heat until marshmallows are melted. Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Add host mixture slowly to cream cheese and beat it until it is smooth. Add pineapple and walnuts. Chill until partially set then fold in whipped cream and mayo. Blend well and cool.
