Trevor Wilkerson, money man for B.S. Organics

Trevor Wilkerson is the bookkeeper and one of the first persons seen by folks looking for Big Sandy Organics.

Trevor works out of the log cabin where the Kracklin' Kamut used to be made. He moved there from a suite in the Mint building.

As Trevor says, his job is to keep track of the money in this area.

Trevor grew up in Roosevelt, Utah, has six children the oldest being 21. They are Taylor, T. J., Bryndon, Aimee, Jeri, and Jaidyn. The youngest of the children is 8, five are girls and one is a boy.

For a time Trevor worked in Idaho and Arizona and most recently he worked in Helena where he got acquainted with Jerry and Allison Taylor who is Bob Quinn's daughter. They were neighbors in Helena.

Trevor learned more and more about the various Quinn operations and both he and Bob Quinn saw that there might be an opening for Trevor in the Kamut organization so Trevor moved to Big Sandy and took over all the book keeping responsibilities of Big Sandy Organics and the Quinn farm operation.

Trevor loves Big Sandy because he loves small towns and said this is a wonderful place to live because of all the kind people.

It did not hurt that Trevor grew up in a small town and loves the small town atmosphere.

Trevor singled out The Grocery Store as being a store filled with very friendly people that are typical of Big Sandy.

No kidding, Trevor is busy. Keeping track of Quinn accounts is work enough but on the weekends often Trevor takes Kracklin' Kamut to various Farmer's Markets around Montana to see what kind of a response he gets.

When in Big Sandy, it sometimes feels like organized chaos as Quinn himself is on the move frequently. The farm works with Universities and are checking plants all of the time. In other words, at the Quinn enterprises, there is seldom a quiet moment. There is always something happening and that is what appeals to Trevor most.

"This is an exciting place to work," said Trevor. "There is always something new happening. We all are always trying new things to see what we can do better."
