Lunches usually consist of an entrée, vegetable, potato, salad, dessert and drink and cost $5.00 unless otherwise noted.

Wednesday, September 27 breakfast for lunch including pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs and fruit for the Lunch of the Week!
Thursday, September 28 meatloaf, baked potatoes, veggies, salad and dessert.
Friday, September 29 taco soup, buns and dessert.
Monday, October 2 Macaroni and cheese with little Smokies, vegetables, salad and dessert.
Tuesday, October 3 Birthday Dinner including hamburger steak, potatoes, veggies, salad, bread and Birthday Cake!
This week a delicious recipe for Chicken Cordon Bleu with Penne Pasta.
You will need
3 cups chicken broth
8 oz Penne pasta
8 oz chicken breast cut into bite sized cubes
2 oz ham cut into bite sized pieces.
8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 oz cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large saucepan place the chicken broth and chicken breast cubes, bring the broth to a boil
Add the Penne pasta to the boiling broth and cook according to package directions and until most of the broth has been absorbed. Do not drain!
Add the cream cheese, Swiss cheese, ham and Dijon mustard to the pan. Stir to combine until the cheeses have melted and the ham is heated through.
Plate and Serve.
