Big Sandy FFA earns Tickets to State

On November 29th, Big Sandy FFA took eleven students to compete at Judith Basin Winter Districts in Judith Gap. Big Sandy had students competing in Ag Sales, Creed Speaking and Junior Creed Speaking, Extemporaneous Public Speaking, Job Interview, and Parliamentary Procedure. In Junior Creed, Amy Gasvoda took second place and in Extemporaneous Public Speaking Andrea Rutledge took first place; these ladies will be representing the Big Sandy FFA Chapter at the State Convention this upcoming spring in Billings, Montana. Also, Andrea Rutledge took eighth place in Job Interview and the Parliamentary Procedure consisting of Dakota Terry, Andrea Rutledge, Georgia Wortman, Stacey Allderdice, Hope Gasvoda, and Katherine Bold took fifth place.

Other teams represented include: Hobson, Denton, Winifred, Moore, Grass Range, Chinook, Fergus of Lewistown, Roy, Fort Benton, and Geraldine.
