Provost Presidential Scholarship Winner

Dakota Ray Terry daughter of Eizoo and Celesta Terry, has been selected from a "highly competitive group of applicants" to receive a Montana State University Provost Presidential Scholarship, one of MSU's most prestigious scholarship awards. According to the MSU News service, the Provost Scholarship is based on Academic Achievement, demonstrated leadership and exemplary public service.

Dakota graduated from Big Sandy High School with the class of 2018.

In addition to being admitted into the honors college, Dakota will receive a full tuition waiver and an annual stipend. The Provost Scholarship is offered for four years as long as a student maintains superior academic standing.

Dakota plans to attend MSU Bozeman this fall to pursue a degree in Financial Engineering.
