A New Business comes to Big Sandy

Exciting news for Big Sandy! The old Napa building will be the home of a new business for Big Sandy. Chauncy and Amber Terry will be opening Central Machine and Ag Repair, LLC in April. Chauncy was born and raised in Big Sandy. Glen and Alma Terry are his parents. He graduated from Big Sandy High School in 2001. Chauncy graduated in Welding and Machinery at Helena Vo-Tech in Helena, Montana.

He bought all the equipment from Central Machine and Welding in Havre, Montana. The new business in Big Sandy will cover many counties in North Central Montana. Currently, Chauncy specializes in aluminum and stainless-steel welding along with traditional welding with wire feed. Chauncy will continue to do portable welding as well. He hopes to sometime in the future have a storefront where he will sell welding equipment. He will be opening Monday through Friday 8-5.

As a farmer's wife, Chauncy has proven to be one of the best, so his business should flourish. Chauncy said the old Napa building is a "good location. One of the best locations."

Amber Terry will be the secretary and bookkeeper for the business. She is also learning to use a CNC Plasma Cutter, a computerized cutter for signs, art pieces, or just about anything you want to make with it.

Amber and Chauncy have three children Ty, Adonia, and Luke.

In the meantime, while we wait for Central Machine and Ag Repair to open in April, Chauncy said to give him a call if you need any welding done now. His number is 406-564-3861.

This is an exciting new business in town. Chauncy and Amber have committed Big Sandy, and it is exciting to this positive progress for our community! A

big congratulation is in order! Well down, Chauncy and Amber. Thank you for being a part of our community.
