The City Council met on March 4 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall as usual. Krystyl Kulbeck was appointed for a few months to replace Darin Ray when the city council excepted his resignation. Krystyl represents Ward 2, which is north and east of the main street that runs from the Catholic Church, through downtown, to the cemetery. She will need to run for that position on the city council at the next election for a short term.
