Coach Britney McKenney said, "I am super proud of my girls for finishing out the conference season with a win! We are heading into the District Tournament 9-7, which is the first time we've had a winning record, since I've been coaching. Districts are going to be wild, because everyone is so evenly matched this season. Everyone is beyond excited to see what happens, including myself! There are 4 teams from our conference that will make it to Divisional. Our goal is to be one of those teams. We will be the second match on Thursday, October 27th. First match is at 9:00am. After a successful regular season, the Lady Pioneers head to districts to play the Lady Fort Benton Longhorns in Fort Benton, the location of districts, on Thursday at 10:30. They prepared for districts by having a sleep over at the Big Sandy Gym. A fun night preparing them for serious competition. Fort Benton has a loud cheering section so it will be important to be supportive of our volleyball players.
