The Big Sandy Cultural Center (around corner from the Bakery) will be open during Christmas

Stroll. Stop in for a visit, play the Community Grand Piano, watch a short movie from Big Sandy’sglorious past.

The Center is giving free pullovers, free books for young readers and having a gigantic sale of books and records. There are also a few “garage sale” items and memorials to Big Sandy authors B.M. Bower andDan Cushman.

FFA members might enjoy vintage farm and ranch magazines and newspapers. There are many other vintage/antique publications for those interested in World War Two, Montana and Ameican History.Future programs include piano and other music concerts including a Great Falls Symphony quartet and it is hoped pianists Judy Bush Plescak, Michelle Danreuther, student recitals and an evening discussion of Big Sandy during World War Two.

With donations from Epson, Silver Ticket, Town Pump and others, the Center has over 600 movies, documentaries, concerts and a popular video of the Montana Picnic in Central Park, New York City, created by Center Director Doug Giebel. Recently discovered: movies made of 1950s and 1960s Big Sandy sporting events taken by Bill Ojala.

Apart from the Christmas Stroll, the Center can be open for birthday and other parties as well as to anyone planning to come in for a tour of a unique work in progress. Call 406-379- 2430 or Email bscf@itstriangle.com
