MSU Extension Forester will teach Shelterbelt Management near Loma

Peter Kolb (Montana State University Extension Forester) will be teaching shelterbelt management on Thursday, April 13th from 3:30 p.m-5:00 p.m. at the Terry and LeRita McKeever residence. The address is north of Loma at 2088 Houston road. The public is invited to attend.

Peter F. Kolb is the Montana State University Extension Forestry Specialist and an Associate Professor of Forest Ecology & Management, housed at the University of Montana in the Department of Forest Management. For the past two decades, Dr. Kolb has been a great resource for tree management in Montana. In addition, Dr. Kolb works with farmers and ranchers across central and eastern Montana on planning, establishing and maintaining windbreaks and shelterbelts.
