The Pioneer Tracksters were in Shelby this past weekend at a track meet with 18 other teams. Despite the challenging weather conditions and timing delays due to technical issues, the team performed admirably. Head Coach Wendy Taylor said, “The track meet was wet, and the kids did great under the weather conditions and also the timing delays that we experienced. They had problems with their electronic timing system, so everything was hand time. Those don’t go into the Athletic.net as official times.
