Coach Brittany said after the games this past week: “Our JV and Varsity had a clean sweep against Box Elder. We are continuing to improve and have a big week ahead of us. We will be playing CJI, Roy-Winifred, and Centerville. CJI is our final home game on October 22nd, and that will be our PINK NIGHT. Come support your Lady Pioneers. There will be all kinds of raffles, and all the proceeds will go to Casten Heppner and his family.”

“We had the opportunity to play Belt this week. They are #1 in their District, and for good reason. I was happy to see us battle with them. We almost had them in the second set but didn’t quite finish. It was good for us to play a fast-paced match. We will be better for it.”

She also wants the community to know this: “We will have a community dinner on Monday, October 28th, at 6 p.m. in the High School. This will be a fundraiser for the volleyball team and a way to kick off Districts! There will be a Parents vs. Players Volleyball Game after dinner as well. It will be $12 per person, and Amber will be making all the fry bread for Indian tacos!”

The Lady Pioneers have this week of games left before they head to Districts next week, so make sure you go support these ladies and catch a game to cheer them on!
