Former Big Sandy 2001 State wrestling champion and now Alaskan Ironworker, Lance Nelson, left, with former Northern Montana State University wrestling coach David Ray were part of the N-MSU Northern Hall of Fame inductees for 2024. The Lights wrestling team won the NAIA national championship 20 years ago. Eight of the Lights earned All-American honors, and five won national titles. This feat has been done only 3 times in college history.
