Terry Ann Jenkins Mills of Calgary, Canada, passed away on February 19, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Terry Ann Jenkins was born on September 17, 1947, in Havre, Montana, to Alvin Jenkins and Gertrude (Ophus) (Jenkins) Underdal. She attended Big Sandy schools and graduated from Big Sandy High School in 1965. She then attended MSU Northern in Havre, where she met and married Stephen Mills. Terry and Steve spent most of their married years in Calgary, Alberta, where they lived at the time of Terry's passing.
Terry Ann was known for her self-motivation, drive, stubbornness, and independent thinking. She approached life with enthusiasm and determination.
She was preceded in death by her parents and younger brother, Dan Underdal.
Terry Ann is survived by her loving spouse of 56 years, Stephen Mills, her children Jason Mills of Calgary AB, and Jennifer (Mills) Dressler, and her cherished grandson, Dylan Yurko both of whom are in Raleigh, NC.
There will be no local memorial in Calgary, but the family will gather in her memory in Big Sandy around the Homecoming 2025 festivities. Terry always loved a good reunion of family and friends.
